Mark D. Kuller is an attorney with over 40 years’ experience working for large and small chemical companies, including E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company and Hercules Incorporated, and currently serves as part-time General Counsel for Keel Labs, Inc. Mr. Kuller is an experienced lecturer teaching contract strategies and drafting, client counselling, negotiating, and intellectual property. He regularly teaches Contract Development & Drafting and Introductory to Intellectual Property Law at Delaware Law School, and is the faculty advisor to the student’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Society.
Mr. Kuller has extensive domestic and international experience negotiating collaboration, license, joint venture, M&A and other agreements; counseling clients on commercial and intellectual property law; developing and implementing intellectual property strategies; managing intellectual property litigation; drafting and prosecuting patent applications; and supervising attorneys, patent agents, paralegals and support staff.
Mr. Kuller currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Kutz Senior Living Campus (Kutz Rehabilitation & Nursing and Lodge Lane Assisted Living & Memory Care). He previously served as a Board Member for the Delaware Sustainable Chemistry Alliance, Jewish Federation of Delaware, Siegel JCC, and University of Delaware Hillel, and as a Trustee for Albert Einstein Academy. He received the 2001 Barbara Weiner Young Leadership Award from the Siegel JCC and the 1991 Gilbert J. Spiegel Young Leadership Award for Distinguished Service in Community from the Jewish Federation of Delaware. He previously coached youth soccer and other sports teams.
