Ross A. Flockerzie, Esq. is a Delaware attorney. He works at the Delaware Office of Defense Services where he is the Division Head of New Castle County and the Unit Head of the New Castle County Superior Court Felony Trial Unit.
Ross has represented clients facing all level of felony offenses including murder and capital murder charges. Ross was lead trial counsel in the case that ended the death penalty in Delaware. He has tried many cases to felony juries. Ross also supervises the Office of Defense Services’ Law Clerk Program.
Ross is an Adjunct Professor at Delaware Law School where he teaches Trial Methods and is a Team Leader and Instructor in the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program. Ross also coaches a mock trial team at Delaware Law School which competes annually in a national mock trial competition.
Ross was selected by his peers and honored by Delaware Today magazine as a 2024 Top Lawyer in Delaware.
Ross is a graduate of La Salle University and Delaware Law School. Ross is a native of Massachusetts and loves the Red Sox.
