Brittany M. Giusini-Tsoflias is an Adjunct Professor of Law and corporate litigation attorney practicing in Delaware for over ten years. In private practice, Brittany represents large corporations and small business clients in corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware state and federal courts, including the Delaware Court of Chancery. Brittany regularly advises clients on corporate governance, partnership control fights, and litigation and employment strategies, including those involving breaches of fiduciary duty, appraisal of stock, breach of contract claims, and post-employment and termination decisions.

Brittany is a summa cum laude graduate of Delaware Law School and serves as a mentor to current and past students. She is also a mother and enjoys spending time with her kids, dog and husband, Pete.
