Building Belonging & Community

8/22/2023

From the first steps into the classroom or clinics to figuring out the best study skills, the return to school marks the beginning of many opportunities. Students are ready for hard work and long hours as they create their own paths to success. The transformative experiences of law school, however, aren’t just about tests or books or organized outlines. Success isn’t just about receiving a grade; it’s also about building a strong community and feeling a sense of belonging inside of that community. Being part of a community is key to students' overall well-being both inside and outside the classroom.

Community is a priority at Delaware Law School and it begins the moment students walk in the door.

Starting this week, DLS offers a series of events that focus on both community and belonging. We welcome students, faculty & staff to these events and can’t wait to connect.
