PENNSYLVANIA CLE REQUIREMENTS

12 credit hours every year and 2 hours MUST be ethics. All 12 credits may be completed through long-distance learning.

NEW JERSEY CLE REQUIREMENTS

24 credit hours during 2-year reporting period – 5 need to be in the areas of ethics and/or professionalism, and of those 5 ethics credits, a minimum of 2 must be concentrated in diversity, inclusion, and elimination of bias. 12 credits must be taken by attending in-person courses. 

NOTE: Due to Covid-19 pandemic, the New Jersey Board on Continuing Legal Education has suspended the live-credit requirement. Until further notice, all 24 credits may be earned by CLE webcasts, CLE on-demand videos, CLE on CDs, and CLE MP3 audio seminars.
