Delaware Law provides guidance and support, both personal and academic, during the admissions and financial aid processes. Delaware Law participates in educational benefit programs offered through the Department of Veteran's Affairs. Montgomery GI Bill® and Post-9/11 GI Bill® benefit programs are available to qualified veterans for attendance at Delaware Law. We also participate in the Yellow Ribbon Program, which offers matching tuition assistance.
The Registrar's Office will certify completion of the required VA paperwork. Follow the enrollment checklist to ensure that all necessary paperwork has been completed and submitted for each academic year.

Our Veterans Law Clinic provides free legal assistance to veterans who live at 150 percent of poverty level or less and who wish to appeal a denial of benefits by their regional VA. Through case evaluation and representation, clinic staff members can assist you at a pivotal time in your life.
