Prominent law firms, government agencies, and major corporations hire Delaware Law graduates for the same reasons: our graduates can hit the ground running. They have been trained by highly regarded legal scholars and professors who are experienced prosecutors, defense attorneys, and corporate counsel. They have a working knowledge of law practice from having served clients in internships and pro bono opportunities or through our clinical programs. They view their work as a service to clients and a benefit to the common good. Above all, they hold themselves to high ethical standards and treat others with respect, integrity, and civility.

Delaware Law’s spring and fall on-campus recruitment programs enable employers to interview students in person. After notifying our students, we will provide you with application materials from interested students. Upon your selection of students, we will arrange the on-campus interviews.
For your convenience, we suggest that you register online for on-campus recruiting.
Our Career Development Office also offers a flexible, off-campus recruitment program that fits demanding schedules. After reviewing your job postings, we will collect résumés of qualified students and forward them to you—or, if you prefer, have students mail their résumés directly. You may then arrange interviews at your convenience. Register online for off-campus recruiting.
