The Veterans Law Clinic provides free legal representation to primarily low-income and disabled veterans and their dependents in appealing adverse VA decisions. Our staff, students, and volunteer attorneys evaluate each potential case for merit, gather key evidence from the VA, the military, and doctors, and then provide effective representation to help our clients receive the benefits they deserve. We represent clients with claims pending at the Regional Office, the Board of Veterans’ Appeals, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
In addition to VA claims, we also take discharge upgrade cases and prepare simple wills and other estate documents.
